Compensation: $29.35 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd shift | Monday - Friday | 4:00pm- 12:30am

About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welders for a leading manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you'll apply your welding skills to produce high-quality products in a safe and efficient environment. Compensation for this position is between $30.32 ($28.57 per hour base wage, plus an additional $1.75 per hour for 2nd shift). What You'll Do as a Welder:

• Effectively and safely complete daily activities in the weld shop
• Perform work allocated to production standards
• Work from process sheets and blueprints
• Work within close tolerance and maintain high-quality welds
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve weld issues

What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:

• Must have a Welding diploma from a technical college or 2 years of MIG welding experience
• Must have knowledge of all types of wire feed or MIG welding procedures
• Must have ability to train on 1st shift (6:30am-3pm) for up to the first 3 months
• Must have experience working with blueprints
• Must be able to work under minimum supervision
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Must have written and verbal communication skills in English
