Schedule & Compensation Details:

• NBO shift of 16 hours.
• Standard hours are 36-40 per week with paid overtime beyond standard hours.
• Overtime billable after 40 hours (and after 48 hours for extended workweeks).
• Holiday and overtime shifts compensated with multipliers.
• On-call pay and additional compensation for charge/precept roles.
• Orientation sessions are scheduled regularly to ensure smooth onboarding.
