As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by addressing their inquiries related to TurboTax products and tax return software. Common questions include:

• Downloading and logging in
• Getting started and navigating the software
• Importing documents and filing returns
• Basic tax inquiries

We provide continuous support to ensure your success!

• You can choose your hours, but a minimum of 25 hours per week is required.
• Want to work more? Feel free to do so!
• You will be paired with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for additional support during live calls.
• A Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) will also be available to advocate for you.

Required Experience & Skills: To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A willingness to learn and a positive attitude—no accounting background required!
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers with their concerns.
