Five Below - 5001 Sergeant Road - Responsibilities: Ensure all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers.; Oversee the daily activities of store associates and ensure they provide excellent customer service.; Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick placement on sales floor.; Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.; Open or close the store, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms.
