Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound fundraising calls
• Process donor pledges accurately
• Document call outcomes clearly
• Maintain compliance with campaign expectations

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Remote or customer service experience
• Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum)
• Wired internet connection
• USB headset
• Ability to commit fully during certification

Pay Information

Contract pay generally ranges $13-$15/hour depending on campaign and performance.
