This role is central to scaling a high-performing Go-To-Market organization. You will design and launch repeatable, scalable onboarding and enablement programs that accelerate ramp, reinforce product mastery, and drive consistent excellence across sales, technical, and partner teams. Operating at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations, you will create engaging learning experiences, develop certifications, and measure the impact of your programs to ensure measurable business outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to shape the learning journey for a global GTM organization, influence cross-functional alignment, and continuously iterate programs to keep pace with a fast-moving, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and thrives on building programs that directly enhance performance and drive growth.

Accountabilities:

    • Design and Scale Onboarding Programs: Build structured onboarding programs for AEs, SDRs, SEs, and other GTM roles across regions.
    • Accelerate Ramp: Create learning paths and simulations that shorten time-to-productivity and increase early-stage pipeline impact.
    • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to ensure onboarding reflects evolving GTM strategy and positioning.
    • Develop High-Impact Learning Content: Blend live sessions, hands-on exercises, call reviews, eLearning, and certifications into an engaging experience.
    • Measure and Optimize Performance: Define ramp KPIs, build dashboards, track progress, and iterate programs for maximum impact.
    • Facilitate Learning: Lead engaging sessions that build confidence, clarity, and connection for new hires from day one.
    • Continuously Improve: Ensure onboarding programs remain current and scalable in a fast-changing market environment.

    • Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM learning, or onboarding roles in technology or cybersecurity.
    • Proven track record of designing and scaling onboarding programs from scratch, not just maintaining them.
    • Demonstrated ability to improve ramp metrics and drive measurable performance outcomes.
    • Experience designing blended learning and eLearning programs using tools such as Articulate, Rise, Lessonly, or Captivate.
    • Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
    • Familiarity with GTM systems including Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or other CRM/sales engagement platforms.
    • Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
    • Exposure to AI, security, or emerging technologies is a plus.
    • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message is preferred.
