Job Summary

This is a customer service role supporting large industrial equipment. The primary responsibilities include engaging with internal and external stakeholders, managing a high volume of customer interactions (phone/email), and working within structured systems suchas an ERP and a price book/product catalog system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, particularly in the Southeast and South Central U.S.
  • Handle a high volume of service requests via phone and email.
  • Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and coworkers.
  • Utilize ERP systems (ideally Oracle) and navigate an in-house product catalog and price book.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle is a bonus).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: must be personable, collaborative, and professional.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both in-office and remotely (hybrid setup post-training).
Preferred
  • Experience with Oracle ERP.
  • Familiarity with product catalog or price book environments.
  • Previous experience supporting a specific geographic region or high-volume territory.
  • Background in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical business (though industry experience is not required).
Work Environment
  • Initially in-office, will allow 1 day remote after training.
  • Interaction across multiple departments suggests a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
