Carlos O'Kelly's - - Responsibilities: Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware and utensils to keep them clean and sanitary; Assist in food preparation activities as part of the Kitchen Team; Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine and related equipment; Wash pots, pans, trays by hand and/or machine; Remove trash and garbage to dumpster area
