Under the direction of the PACE Director of Operations , the Community Relations coordinator facilitates negotiation of new contracts, ongoing coordination with contract providers, contract credentialing, and contract oversight, and promotes the PACE program to facilitate participant referrals to the program, including representing the Agency to various community organizations. Program Development - In coordination with PACE enrollment coordinator, works to establish participant referral sources, and assure participant census goals. - Develops and monitors PACE marketing plan (as required by CMS) to meet objectives established by Administration. - In cooperation with UnityPoint Health Public relations department:o Coordinates the development of all promotional materials, including brochures, website development.o Coordinates all promotional efforts and campaigns.o Oversees media relations - Assures all PACE marketing materials meet regulatory guidelines.o Submits materials to CMS and I...Liaison, Public Relations, Contracts, Operations, Healthcare, Business Services, Health
