Bickford Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Maintain the Branch to a standard of excellence that reflects the quality of care we provide our residents.; Prioritize and complete all maintenance tasks timely.; Address maintenance issues promptly, notifying the Director when outside services are needed.; Ensure all apartments are move-in-ready within 3 days after move-out.; Assist in arranging service contracts and bids as assigned.
