Glider - Staff Full Stack Engineer

  2026-03-10     De Circle     all cities,AK
Description:

At Glider, we're not building another trading dashboard. We're building the next generation of investing infrastructure - automated, diversified portfolios that rebalance themselves, hide the chaos of DeFi, and let users compose long-term strategies as easily as writing a to-do list.

Glider's mission is simple:
Abstract the complexity of DeFi
Make onchain investing accessible, programmable, and durable

This isn't just a frontend or backend role, it's a systems builder role for someone who enjoys shaping the full pipeline. You'll join as a Staff Fullstack Engineer, helping architect Glider's core product across the entire DeFi stack.

Your areas of impact

  • Building declarative trading engines so users can compose strategies directly from the UI
  • Designing automated portfolio construction and rebalancing logic
  • Integrating with yield vaults, liquidity sources, AMMs, and RWAs
  • Creating calm, intuitive UX on top of complex onchain primitives
  • Building scalable infrastructure for long-term asset management
  • 5+ years building fullstack systems
  • Strong experience interacting with smart contracts (Solidity + Web3 tooling)
  • Experience building production backend infrastructure
  • Strong attention to frontend UX performance and usability
  • Curiosity about crypto, DeFi, or financial systems

If you've worked on any of the bellow, we'd love to hear about it.
  • ERC-4626 vaults
  • Account abstraction
  • Trading systems or solver networks
  • Portfolio automation tools
  • Wallet UX
  • Routing / aggregation infrastructure
Why This Role Is Interesting
  • Work on long-term investing infrastructure, not short-term trading tools
  • Help bring RWAs and programmable portfolios onchain
  • Small senior team, high ownership, real users already on platform
  • Influence both architecture and product direction
