Title: Senior Manager /Mgr (but still hands on) - Financial Due Diligence
Location: Remote, U.S.-based

**We already have a team of 8 Consultants who have been at this client since Sept 2025 who have been extended, they are bringing on additional headcount**

We are seeking experienced Financial Due Diligence (FDD) consultants to join our clients' Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice on a contract basis through mid 2026, with potential for extension. These roles are part of a national team supporting multiple M&A due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions with private equity firms and corporate clients.

Consultants will lead Quality of Earnings (QofE) reviews, net working capital and net debt assessments, and carve-out analyses, while preparing and delivering reports that drive transaction decisions. This is a remote U.S. opportunity, and we are targeting independent consultants who can step directly into active TAS engagements.

1) Mgr+Level in Public Accounting at US Public Accounting Firms
2) 5+yrs recent and significant Financial Due Diligence | QoE (Quality of Earnings) experience
3) End client industry exp - The broader industry exp such as Manufacturing, Technology, SAAP, Retail, Wholesale, Service, etc.. the better
