Position: Peoplesoft Technical Lead - Remote (Continental US)
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Peoplesoft Technical Lead to provide additional support for our clients. While Client continues to offer Peoplesoft solutions, support operations are transitioning to subcontracted resources. This role is remote within the Continental United States, and additional positions are anticipated throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical support for Peoplesoft applications, including Application Designer, BI Publisher, PS Query, Pages, and Components.
• Provide high-level functional expertise in the GL (General Ledger) and KK (Commitment Control) modules.
• Oversee and participate in the full software development life cycle.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and implement defect fixes efficiently.
• Mentor and guide junior technical staff as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience with Peoplesoft, including at least 3 years in a lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of Peoplesoft architecture, development tools, and reporting solutions.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
