Collaborating with general contractors, developers, and architects, we handle material takeoffs, procurement, labor coordination, and field management. Our team supports a range of interior and exterior commercial projects, including high-rises, retail spaces, mixed-use buildings, and specialty facilities. By offering integrated material and labor solutions, we minimize delays, reduce costs, and streamline communication with a single accountable partner. Though our primary focus is on glass and glazing, we also oversee multiple other trades to ensure seamless project execution.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site or remote role based in Sioux City, IA, for a Glass Estimator. The Glass Estimator will analyze project specifications, prepare accurate takeoffs, and develop cost estimates for glass and glazing scopes. Responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, contractors, and suppliers; reviewing blueprints; sourcing materials; and ensuring all estimates align with project budgets and timelines. Strong attention to detail and effective communication with both vendors and internal teams are essential as you contribute to the efficient delivery of high-quality glazing projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in blueprint reading, construction estimating, and material takeoffs
• Experience in glass and glazing systems and knowledge of commercial construction projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
• Proficiency with estimating software and standard office tools such as Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for supplier coordination and stakeholder interactions
• Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and demonstrate excellent organizational skills
• Understanding of field execution and working with various trades is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
