Reports to: Senior Director Pricing Strategy Location: Houston, TX; Boston, MA; Waterloo, ON (Hybrid)

As Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be the analytical engine supporting our Pricing Strategy team. You'll conduct quantitative analyses (e.g. pricing elasticity, LTV, churn, margin impact, willingness-to-pay) to uncover insights that shape decisions. You'll build and maintain pricing models and revenue forecasts, mastering commercial and customer data to identify patterns and opportunities. You'll design and maintain dashboards and KPI tracking systems (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker), delivering automated reports and ad-hoc on pricing performance, discount effectiveness, and competitive positioning. You'll support competitive benchmarking, market research, survey design, and win/loss analysis to inform pricing strategies. You'll build financial models, ROI analyses, and economic value models, and play a key role in pricing experiments and A/B testing. Finally, you'll ensure smooth pricing operations, supporting with SKU creation, catalog updates, and system implementations, while collaborating with Sales Ops, IT, and Finance to operationalize pricing and maintain accurate documentation.

You're joining at a pivotal time - Conga is undergoing a major pricing transformation. You'll be instrumental in building our pricing analytics capabilities from the ground up, establishing the data infrastructure, metrics frameworks, and analytical processes that will shape how we approach pricing for years to come. You'll build and own the pricing analytics foundation that delivers insights driving how we package products, price offerings, and respond to market dynamics. Your work directly impacts our competitive positioning and ability to scale growth and profitability.

Here's what we're looking for Related experience. You have 5 or more years of experience in pricing analytics, business analysis, or revenue operations, preferably in B2B SaaS. You have a strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, ARPU) and statistical analysis.

Tools & Systems. You're advanced in advanced Excel, SQL, Python, R (or similar), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). You also have experience with Salesforce.

Analytical thinker. You're able to translate complex data into clear insights. It's not enough to simply crunch numbersyou have a talent for uncovering patterns, connecting dots, and transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive smart decisions and meaningful outcomes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You're not just comfortable engaging in collaborative discussions, but initiating them, too. You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles. When you speak, you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills foster connections with our clients and allow you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way.

Initiative. You don't wait for directionyou take initiative and keep moving forward. Managing multiple priorities isn't overwhelming for you; you stay organized, focused, and committed to delivering results, even in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Education. You've completed your bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, data analytics, mathematics, or related quantitative field. A master's degree in a quantitative field would be beneficial but not required.

Here's what will give you an edge Additional experience. You've gained knowledge of customer segmentation, behavioral analytics, survey design, SKU management, or financial modeling. You also have experience with pricing software (Pricefx, PROS, Vendavo) or pricing experiments/A/B tests.

U.S base salary range: $95,615 - $152,985 USD
