About Us Express Home Offers buys homes directly from motivated sellers through wholesale, novation, and wholesale strategies. We run data-driven marketing across multiple states and close deals that help homeowners while generating strong returns. Small team, high standards, real coaching. The Role You own the full acquisition cycle. New leads from PPC, Direct Mail, and other channels come directly to you at roughly 10 per day. You qualify, follow up, manage your pipeline, analyze deals, present offers, and close. No setter. No pre-set appointments. You work the leads yourself. This is not a dialer role. You will run comps, evaluate deal structures, and present offers backed by analysis. Part organizer, part analyst, part closer. Responsibilities: What You Do • Respond to ~10 new inbound leads per day across multiple channels • Qualify sellers using our structured framework • Build and manage your own pipeline daily in our CRM — zero leads falling through cracks • Execute follow-up sequences: calls, texts, voicemails, emails — minimum 5 attempts per lead • Analyze every qualified deal: comps, ARV, condition, motivation, exit strategy • Submit offers on every qualified lead — not just the ones that feel easy • Negotiate across wholesale, novation, and wholesale deal types • Re-engage cold leads and nurture them to create your own opportunities What Success Looks Like • Consistently signing contracts and closing deals monthly • Offers submitted on every qualified lead, not just the easy ones • Pipeline managed daily, CRM updated, nothing slipping • Improving weekly on a scorecard-based coaching system How We Develop You • Structured 90-day onboarding with clear milestones • Weekly 1-on-1 call reviews with the CEO — scorecard-based • Weekly pipeline reviews • Access to AI-powered deal analysis and qualification tools • Clear progression: coached to guided to independent Compensation • Base + upside commission + monthly contract bonuses. OTE: $110K+ for performers. Comp structure and math will be walked through in detail during the interview — we show real numbers, not inflated ranges. Qualifications: You're a Fit If You • Have 1+ years closing on the phone (not setting) • Can manage high volume without things falling apart • Are coachable and process-driven • Have emotional intelligence — you lead conversations, not force them • Want to learn real estate investment, not just read a script Not a Fit If You • Only want pre-set appointments handed to you • Resist weekly coaching and feedback • Cherry-pick deals instead of working the process • Need to be told what to do every day Compensation: $60,000 - $130,000 yearly

Compensation:
