The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our CEO. In this pivotal role, you will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of administrative, travel, and office management responsibilities.
You will be the connective force that keeps our CEO focused and helps the entire company stay organized and running smoothly. This role offers variety, responsibility, and a chance to directly shape the success of the CEO and the company as a whole. From executive-level scheduling and board preparation to seamless travel coordination and cultivating a vibrant, supportive office, your work will be felt across the company.
