Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure 100% guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Quickly resolve customer concerns using the BAM! approach to leave them happy.
  • Encourage and motivate crew members and management to surpass performance goals.
  • Lead efforts in gathering and acting upon Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback.
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels to meet service needs efficiently.
  • Promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and accountability within the team.
  • Deliver positive engagement in every guest interaction.
  • Ensure that all ingredients and menu items are handled, prepared, and presented according to the highest standards of food safety and quality.
