As a key player in our restaurant operations, you'll support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in managing effective work shifts and executing administrative duties to uphold our exceptional service standards.

Your role is vital in ensuring that our guests enjoy fast and friendly service alongside flavorful meals, while also fostering a positive environment for your team. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Providing operational leadership by supporting daily restaurant operations, including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and shift management.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and inviting environment for both customers and staff.
  • Supervising and mentoring team members, helping them to grow their skills and ensuring they deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints swiftly and with a smile to ensure a delightful dining experience.
  • Assisting in financial management by monitoring sales, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets.
  • Managing inventory levels and placing orders to meet the needs of our busy restaurant.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Collaborating with restaurant staff and corporate offices to communicate operational updates and performance metrics.
