Churchill Downs - - Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs to the facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating and cooling, etc.; Responds to and completes daily work order requests involving all aspects of maintenance.; Inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs property equipment to resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.; Installs new or repaired parts, appliances, machinery, or equipment.; Maintains maintenance inventory, supplies, and equipment are maintained and properly stored.
