Churchill Downs - - Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs to facilities (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating and cooling); Operate and maintain hand/power tools and equipment; Respond to daily work order requests and address maintenance issues; Inspect and repair property equipment to resolve mechanical issues; Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and ensure proper storage
