Job Description The Project Executive will oversee all phases of pump station and water/wastewater construction projects, providing strategic leadership and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing project teams, maintaining client relationships, and driving operational excellence across multiple civil and transportation projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee Project Management staff to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers.
- Develop accurate schedules and budgets; monitor progress and implement productivity improvements.
- Prepare cost breakdowns for invoicing and maintain cash flow throughout projects.
- Negotiate subcontract and purchase agreements with qualified vendors.
- Manage change orders and claims with proper documentation.
- Review schedules and cost reports regularly to ensure resource efficiency.
- Provide updates to company leadership on costs and project status.
- Support professional development of project team members.

The Successful Applicant Proven experience in executive-level construction project management, with a focus on civil, water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, or transportation projects (WMATA, VDOT).
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining team cohesion.
