The React Engineer will help design, build, and enhance modern web applications that support our internal teams and our customers. This role will be responsible for developing and enhancing React-based web applications that support both internal operations and ArmorPoint customers. The React Engineer will assist with design, implementation, integration, documentation, and testing of front-end solutions, working within agile methodology and collaborating with internal product and engineering teams to deliver effective, secure software aligned with business objectives.

This is a full-time remote role within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web applications using React and related front-end technologies
• Collaborate with product management, UX/UI, and backend teams to translate requirements into functional solutions
• Implement, integrate, configure, and write code to support new features and enhancements
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Work with internal stakeholders and, when needed, customer teams to understand business objectives and technical challenges
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
• Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in front-end and web application development

• 3+ years of professional experience in web application development
• Hands-on experience building applications with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with multi-tier, data-driven web applications
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Node.js or other backend technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern application infrastructure
• Exposure to cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software environments
• Experience with ElasticSearch, SQL/NoSQL databases, or API development
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and performance optimization
