Job Description:
As a .Net/C# Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and support enterprise applications within a .NET framework environment. This role requires deep experience with C#, backend services, distributed systems, and modern SDLC practices. You will be responsible for building robust applications, resolving complex technical issues, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to high-paced, Agile project teams. Strong problem-solving skills, object-oriented programming expertise, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop enterprise applications for Windows platforms using C# and .NET.
• Design and build backend services leveraging REST, Web API, WCF, or SOAP.
• Work with SQL Server, Oracle, Aerospike, or MongoDB for data persistence.
• Lead development tasks on projects with moderate complexity.
• Apply multithreading, memory management, and backend optimization techniques.
• Apply OOP concepts, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures in application design.
• Identify and resolve application vulnerabilities, code smells, and technical flaws.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor and coach peers and junior team members.
• Work with source control tools such as Bitbucket or GitHub.
• Use CI/CD pipelines to support automated builds and deployments.
• Follow Agile methodologies for development and delivery.
• Remain self-motivated and aligned with platform strategy and technical vision.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Minimum 5 years developing Windows platform applications using C# and .NET.
• Minimum 4 years working with Web API, REST services, WCF, or SOAP.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with SQL, Oracle, Aerospike, or MongoDB.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading projects with moderate technical complexity.
• Expertise in backend C# development, including multithreading and memory management.
• Strong experience with object-oriented design, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience identifying and resolving security flaws and vulnerabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology teams.
• Ability to work independently and quickly resolve technical problems.
• Strong conceptualization skills for developing sound tactical approaches.
• Proficiency with source control tools including Bitbucket or GitHub.
• Experience using CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
