Business Systems Analyst
Preferred Locations: Birmingham, AL/Atlanta, GA /Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote)

MUST HAVE Bank experience

For this role, we would prefer experience with the following:

- Feature refinement
- Story writing
- Agile methodologies
- Creating and writing Business Requirements
- JIRA and Confluence
- Organizational skills
- Creation of test cases for QA or UAT
- QA/UAT testing experience

Preference is to have selected candidate work in a hybrid environment. 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of related experience
Or Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience

• Banking or financial services industry experience
• Experience providing application support to include troubleshooting
• Experience with business intelligence tools
• Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall methodologies
