Your Role

* Contact potential candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest

* Arrange meetings for candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings

* Continuously follow up with leads to foster engagement throughout their hiring journey

* Keep our applicant tracking system current and accurate

* Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful placements derived from your leads

Your Compensation
