Job description: San Diego Vacation Rentals is a short term vacation rental management company headquartered in Mission Beach, San Diego, CA. We are looking for an individual that is very self driven. If you have past experience in the short term rental industry or hotel industry, this is a bonus. We are looking for someone who is confident in vendor communications, scheduling and problem solving on a daily basis. THINGS TO KNOW: This is a full time position at a physical address (Not remote). The schedule is subject to vary seasonally, but will start as: Friday through Monday 9:00AM - 8:00 PM (10 hrs w/60 min lunch/breaks). Note, this is 4 x 10 hour days, so you will have a 3 day ‘weekend' each week. (Schedule is non-negotiable, please ensure you can commit to this if applying) Company software training will be included ‘DISPATCH' RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain proper scheduling of all housekeeping, inspections and maintenance tasks. Dispatch is responsible for pushing all tasks forward to completion by utilizing any/all avenues and resources available. This includes working with our internal staff for quote approvals, locating new/available vendors, etc. Calling multiple vendors to execute tasks in a timely manner Maintain ‘task' tracking processes to ensure successful completion of all company tasks.
