Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Location: CINCINNATI, OH
Job Duration: 4-5 Months (Part-time, 20 hrs. /week)
Payrate: $41.89/ hr. on w2

Job Summary:

• Demonstrates strong customer interface and relationship skills and performs effectively in a Senior Business Analyst role within teams, with the ability to provide direction to peer and junior resources.
• Defines high-level applications, relationships, flows, and implementation of business processes, activities, functions, and information.
• Creates business and system use cases or functional specifications.

• Analyzes complex and new situations, anticipates potential problems and future trends, and assesses opportunities, impacts, and risks while developing and implementing solutions to customer problems.
• Independently creates Business Requirement Documents (BRD) outlining project requirements, costs, objectives, milestones, and timelines.
• Focuses on project execution, oversees acceptance testing, contributes to user guide development, provides user training, and supports users in developing work processes.
• Collaborates with the Scrum Master to track sprint progress, including sprint logs and variance between planned and deployed user stories.
• Participates in resolving functional issues in the post-production environment during the cutover period.
• Works under limited supervision of Senior or Lead Business Analysts.
• Requires prior experience working with clients in Retail, Client, and Logistics industries.
• Must be aware of information security protocols, software security within the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP Top 10 concepts.

• Bachelor's: B.E. / B. Tech / BCA.
• Master's: M. Tech / MCA.
• MBA preferred (Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school).

• Communication and coordination.
• Office 365 with strong Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to generate reports from consolidated reports.
