Olsson provides construction management, administration, and observation services for both public and private projects to assure that work is performed in conformance with project documents. Our construction services include daily observation / inspection, project documentation, submittal review, design support, shop drawing review, payment application review, payroll review, and oversight for materials testing. We provide technically qualified personnel for our clients' specific project requirements. In this role, you will assist engineers and construction managers with observation, inspection, and documentation throughout all phases of OSP construction. You will provide expert oversight of construction crews to ensure contractors are placing fiber and related infrastructure according to customer requirements and engineering plans. Responsibilities include acting as the on-site representative during various stages of construction, verifying quality standards, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Additional duties involve monitoring special inspections and materials testing, managing RFIs and submittals, attending project meetings, and confirming that all quality documentation meets the owner's requirements. This position requires the ability to work in diverse terrain and weather conditions and will involve 100% travel to job sites.
