The Salvation Army (Central) - - Responsibilities: Coordinate, train and manage summer staff in cooperation with the Dining Room Coordinator; Oversee all food preparation; Plan weekly menus meeting requirements of USDA Summer Food Service Program; Maintain records (menus, food orders, food production, inventories, etc); Supervise the cleaning of the kitchen and food service storage facilities
