Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and screen host families for international students
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to exchange students and host families
• Conduct orientations for students and host families
• Match students with suitable host families based on preferences and compatibility
• Monitor the well-being and academic progress of students placed
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise between students and host families
• Collaborate with schools, parents, and students to ensure a positive cultural exchange experience

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and communities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of educational systems and cultural differences
• Ability to educate others about cultural diversity and promote understanding

Compensation: $750-$1000 per student you place with a host family, additional bonuses and incentives available.
