Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, employees, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, office areas, parking lots, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify irregular conditions.; Monitor access points and assist with traffic flow for deliveries and outbound shipments, including verifying credentials and/or directing visitors to the proper check-in process per post orders.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership per escalation guidelines.; Complete detailed reports of patrol observations, incidents, and/or policy violations, and communicate updates through approved documentation systems and radios as required.
