In this role, you will provide helpdesk support to various users by identifying and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues in person and over the phone. To be successful in this position, you need to be customer-service-oriented, reliable, and flexible.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer some additional vocational or technical training in software, PCs, and/or networks.
• 2-4 years of prior work experience in direct customer and/or technical computer support (software, network, etc.) preferred.
