Churchill Downs - - Responsibilities: Greet guests on arrival and departure in a warm and inviting manner.; Interact with guests to maintain excellent guest relations and loyalty opportunities.; Communicate any guest compliments or complaints to management in a timely fashion.; Assist guests with ticket locations and ensure they remain in ticketed areas with passes/credentials.; Maintain knowledge of the venue layout and keep aisles and walkways clear.
