Description:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete process of migrating enterprise applications to the SailPoint ISC platform; plan, design, and execute a migration strategy that ensures a seamless transition with minimal disruption to operations.
• Design and implement secure, robust, and scalable configurations within SailPoint ISC; establish workflows, policies, and connectors that align with business and security requirements.
• Serve as the main technical resource for troubleshooting and addressing complex issues during migration or application onboarding.
• Work closely with application owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project alignment throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation, including design specifications, runbooks, and operational guides; contribute to establishing best practices for ISC administration and governance.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of recent hands-on experience with IGA solutions, including at least two years focused on SailPoint ISC; extensive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Experience:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information security, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience leading a major migration project from a legacy IAM system (for example, Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint Identity (IIQ)) to SailPoint ISC); SailPoint Professional Certifications: Such as SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer.
• Deep understanding of core Identity and Access Management principles, such as identity lifecycle management, access requests, access certification, and role engineering.
• Ability to lead a technical workstream, make informed decisions, and mentor team members.
• Familiarity with Cloud Environments; experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of IAM and Governance Concepts: Knowledge of security controls and regulatory requirements related to access governance (for example, SOX, NIST, ISO 27001).
