Your Role as a Beverage Specialist:

• Warmly welcome and greet every guest with a smile.
• Prepare the bar for opening, ensuring pour and glassware stations are stocked with beverages, mixes, and garnishes.
• Proactively suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts to guests.
• Craft beverages according to standard recipes, using the correct glassware and garnishes.
• Efficiently take and enter food and drink orders into the POS system.
• Check in with guests throughout their experience, providing refills and clearing items as needed.
• Promptly deliver and settle checks, expressing gratitude and inviting guests to return.
• Adhere to all food safety standards.

What It Takes to Succeed (Physical Requirements):

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in this country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Ability to remain standing for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
