This role is a volume-driven customer service and production-based role that handles the daily activities involved in running a health insurance company including customer interactions and back office tasks following standard operating procedures. You will report to the Concierge Operations Manager.
Part-Time Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm CST
OR
Monday & Tuesday: 6:00am - 5:00 pm CST
Please note that this role includes a 5-week full-time training period, MondayFriday from 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. Once training is complete, you will transition into the part-time schedule outlined above.

This is a remote role. You must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas.
Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role is: $19.00 per hour. You are also eligible for select employee benefits and vacation accrual of up to 64 hours per year.
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 11 paid holidays, paid sick time, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, and paid wellness time and reimbursements.
