?? Position: All-Around

Carpenter / Commercial Construction Worker

This is not a one-task job.

If you enjoy variety, hands-on work, and being part of big commercial builds, you'll love this role. You'll work on different phases of construction depending on project stage-no two days look the same.

?? What You'll Do

You'll assist with all aspects of large commercial construction, including:

• Dirt work & site prep

• Concrete work

• Steel stud framing

• Rough & finish carpentry

• Steel erection

• Welding support

• Equipment operating (if experienced)

• General labor across all phases of construction

You'll be part of a crew ranging from 2-10 workers , depending on project size, helping wherever you're needed to keep the job on track.

? What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of construction experience

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately

• Willingness to assist with any part of the build

• Not afraid of heights

• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs

• Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred:

• 1+ years of commercial construction experience

• Multi-trade experience (concrete, framing, carpentry, steel, etc.)

?? Travel & Pay Details

• Candidates report to one of the "home base" shops: Canton, Rock Valley, Akron, or Little Rock

• You can meet at the jobsite or carpool from the shop

• Travel time is paid

• You receive your normal hourly rate for all travel beyond 25 miles

• Projects will be matched as close to your home area as possible

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
