?? Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician

?? Location: Sioux City, IA

?? What You'll Do

You'll support a dynamic production environment by maintaining, repairing, and improving equipment across the facility. Expect a mix of mechanical, electrical, and general plant duties:

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on key production equipment

• Repair motors, gearboxes, conveyors, mixers, pumps, ovens, and automated packaging machinery

• Work with sensors, relays, control circuits, and 3-phase electrical systems

Technical Support

• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics

• Assist with line changeovers, setups, and process adjustments

• Support calibration and maintenance of automated and PLC-driven equipment

Continuous Improvement

• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement long-term fixes

• Contribute to PM planning and reliability improvements

• Partner with production to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

General Facility Work

• Assist with building systems including refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and utilities

• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and food manufacturing standards

? What We Need

• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities

• Experience with packaging lines, conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, or related systems

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Solid understanding of LOTO and industrial safety procedures

• A willingness to learn new equipment and technology

Preferred but not required:

• PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley experience a plus)

• Welding/fabrication skills

• Experience in food production environments

• Experience with ovens, mixers, refrigeration, or automated packaging equipment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.

401k company match, 2 weeks PTO, paid holidays, boot reimbursement.
