Role Overview

In the role of Survey Team Lead, you will conduct a variety of survey tasks, including construction staking, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and ALTA surveys. Under the mentorship of our professional land survey manager, you will utilize your expertise in field methods and procedures to contribute to team success.

This position also encompasses project management duties such as project research, boundary calculations, and collaborative planning, allowing you to enhance your professional skillset while ensuring the accuracy and quality of survey processes.

You will be working outdoors in diverse terrains and weather conditions.

Your Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working under a licensed surveyor.

  • Preferably experienced in construction staking, boundary, topography, and ALTA surveys.

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

  • A commitment to maintaining safety and alertness at all times.
