The BSA Officer is responsible for the oversight, administration, and effectiveness of the Banks Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Compliance Program. This role ensures alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices and serves as the primary point of accountability for financial crimes compliance. The BSA Officer leads the Risk Analyst team and serves as the primary liaison for regulatory examinations, audits, and Board reporting related to BSA/AML/OFAC.
