What you will do
As an Engagement Manager, Enterprise Application Integration, you will report to the Practice Manager of Enterprise Application Integration and be responsible for playing a critical role in supporting the continuous improvement of the products and services we provide to our clients. Client stakeholders and other consultants on the team will look up to you for technical leadership and systems architecture advisory based on your extensive Enterprise Application Integration NetSuite and business systems transformation experience.
- Be proactive and serve as the Client's advocate during engagements
- Hands on design, development, deployment and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on premise using Dell Boomi platform or Celigo Platform
- Act as subject matter expert and key contributor to service transition and service delivery for accounts assigned to the team
- Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering workshops
- Translate complex business requirements and processes into technical designs
- Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support technical requirements gathering and design
- Maximize team performance through an effective team approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction.
- Provide development team with EAI technical subject matter expertise and work with team (Architects, other Tech Leads and Systems Analysts) to ensure development activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority and business objectives
- Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
- Mentor, develop, and proactively support practice capabilities per market demand
- Support recruiting and onboarding of new employees and development of leaders
- 7+ years' experience architecting, implementing, and deploying cloud-based solutions at the enterprise level
- 4+ years of experience focused on engagement-based consulting experience or equivalent industry experience, 8+ full life cycle implementations
- Strong project management and technical experience in large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge across all enterprise applications and integration
- Expertise in cloud applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Amazon, Google, Magento, Shopify, and more
- Previous experience with sales and organic business development
- Demonstrated professional growth and the proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Extensive experience with managing people, including mentoring and leadership skills
- Background in full stack software engineering and agile delivery
- Expert business operations experience (RFP, SOW, margins, utilization)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels including client facing skills
- NetSuite Certifications highly preferred
- MBA, Masters, or other advanced degrees
- Experience with legacy technologies like FTP, ACH, Fixed width, and EDI are a plus
- Experience with Celigo integrator.io, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft , Jitterbit, and others
