Job Position: Insurance Clerk

Location: Sioux City, IA 51101

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: M-F, 8am - 5pm

Description: We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our Sioux City office in a temp-to-hire capacity through Short Staffed, and would appreciate additional information on how that process works. This opening is for a Customer Service Representative, and while insurance experience and bilingual skills are strongly preferred, they are not required. The role demands strong critical thinking, organizational ability, attention to detail, thorough documentation, and solid computer literacy depending on experience. Although the position is listed as a CSR, we are also open to considering a seasoned insurance professional with a proven sales record.
