End Date: November 20, 2026

Pay Rate: $25/hour (W-2)

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an early-career accounting professional or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a structured, supportive environment. As an Accounting Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations and month-end activities during a defined maternity leave coverage period.

If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy working with numbers and processes, this role offers meaningful exposure to core accounting functions in a fully remote setting.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare journal entries to support the monthly close process
  • Perform monthly reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts
  • Match and reconcile bank account activity to monthly statements
  • Analyze account activity and assist with explanations of variances or fluctuations
  • Process invoices and employee expense reports, including three-way matching of purchase orders
  • Support ad-hoc accounting requests as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Points
  • Exposure to NetSuite or other ERP systems
  • Accounts Payable or general accounting support experience
