This position is full time, and our Dietitian will enjoy a hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote!

Job description

• Supports and delivers the highest level of nutrition care to patients to meet the customer's overall needs.
• Calculate nutritional needs, establish goals, and implement medical nutrition therapy for patients based on their overall nutritional status.
• Establish effective strategies to implement innovative programs which lead to optimal clinical nutrition and positive financial outcomes
• Comply with regulatory standards - both Federal and State and accrediting agencies adhering to confidentiality, HIPPA regulations, residents' right policies and Joint Commission regulations.
• Collaborate with IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) to provide quality nutrition and culinary program
• Review menu cycle for nutrient analysis and diet consistencies
• Supports quality assurance initiatives in the kitchen
• Implement Health & Wellness initiatives

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of acute care or mental health and Registered Dietitian experience.
• Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
• Basic Functional Experience - Meets eligibility requirements for certification
as a Registered Dietitian
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills

Additional Information

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
