Reporting to the Coated Grains Manager, this position will operate processing equipment as per the daily production schedule to meet production orders. The wage for this position is $22.74 per hour. This position will require you to work 2nd or 3rd shift, which have differential rates. The 2nd shift differential rate is $1.00 per hour and the 3rd shift differential rate is $1.25 per hour./ppResponsibilities:/pulliPackaging and storage of granola based products to meet production orders/liliCleaning and sanitizing production equipment/liliSetting up production equipment/liliOperating forklift in a safe and efficient manner/liliSetting up and replenishing various ingredients/liliGeneral housekeeping of production area and stocking supplies/liliPulling samples for micro testing/liliObserving Good Management Practices and required HACCP procedures/liliOperating warehouse management hand scanners/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliAble to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed, may include week-end and holiday shifts/liliAble to read, write and communicate effectively/liliAble to lift and stack 50 lbs repetitively/liliAble to bend, squat, walk and/or stand during entire shift/liliCandidate should possess basic computer and problem solving skills/liliForklift experience is an asset, but not required, training will be provided/li/ulpRichardson is recognized as a global leader in agriculture and food processing with over 4,000 employees across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Europe.
