You will handle inquiries, organize travel details, provide destination information, and ensure each client receives reliable and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms with vacation planning and general travel inquiries.
• Coordinate accommodations, flights, cruises, and other travel components based on client preferences.
• Provide updated information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes.
• Manage booking adjustments, special requests, or cancellations as needed.
• Follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Address concerns with professionalism, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills.
