General Description: We are seeking a Bilingual Field Supervisor responsible for supervising Caregivers and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing quality assurance checks with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients, Caregivers, and the organization.
  • Resolving client complaints regarding worker performance or services rendered.
  • Completing intake paperwork for new clients and ensuring their needs align with our caregivers' scope of practice.
  • Overseeing the schedules of Caregivers.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed following active case visits.
  • Participating in the on-call rotation as required.
  • Serving as a backup for Caregivers when necessary.
  • Conducting cold calls to educate and recruit new clients.
  • Collaborating with other agencies and promoting good community relations through involvement in local events.
  • Establishing and maintaining ongoing community relationships to foster client base growth.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 25 pounds frequently; capable of performing tasks requiring muscle coordination.
  • Clear verbal communication and ability to articulate effectively in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to hear and comprehend verbal instructions in various environments.
