Join our team at Smith's Professional Cleaning Services in Sergeant Bluff, IA as a Janitorial Team Lead!

Are you a dedicated and hardworking individual with experience in janitorial services? Do you have a passion for cleaning and leading a team to success? If so, we want you to lead our team of janitorial staff to provide top-notch cleaning services to one of our valued clients located South of Sergeant Bluff. This position is Monday - Friday, 5:30pm - 9:30pm or so. The compensation is $20/hour and would be an average of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of janitorial staff in providing high-quality cleaning services
• Coordinate and assign daily cleaning tasks to team members
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards
• Train and mentor new janitorial staff members
• Inspect work performed by team members to maintain quality control

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectivelyAttention to detail and a focus on quality
• Reliable transportation
