Home Health Aide (HHA) - In-Home Care

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our agency team! As an HHA, you'll provide essential care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions to agency staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies

Qualifications

• Entry level position, training onsite
• CPR/BLS certification (can be obtained through Short Staffed, Medical)
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different client needs
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
• Dependable and committed to providing person-centered care
